The only way to copy and buy cars from other players in GTA online is the unlocking of Haos Special Works. Once you have done that, just go to the LS car meeting . You should arrive with their freshest wheels as this is the place where other players can also copy and buy their car. - Enter the interaction menu
- Select LS car meeting
- Select vehicle options
- Scroll down and Turn the HSW specification service on yes
